After years in business and working closely with real estate agent clients, we became concerned by the poor service and experiences they encountered with other smoke alarm providers. To address this gap in the market, we established a company dedicated to delivering reliable electrical solutions for homes across Australia.
As domestic fires in the state continued to haunt the news headlines and local communities that were affected by these blazes, our central mission changed. Working smoke alarms save lives. In the largest domestic house fire in Australia, the Slacks Creek fire, the investigating Coroner found that there were two smoke alarms in the house but neither were working. Had they been working, the Coroner found, “that there was a reasonable prospect that some or all of the victims could have escaped.”
While no one wants to think about a fire breaking out in their home, they do happen, and no one in Queensland & New South Wales is immune to the risks of what may happen if a domestic fire breaks out and you’re not prepared.
